If you plan to check-out before 8 am please settle your bill the evening before.
To confirm your reservation we charge a deposit of 40 % of the total amount. The booking is only confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
Reservation of particular rooms / room numbers is unfortunately not possible.
In winter we charge a short stay supplement up to 3 nights, of 10% per person/day.
We charge € 40 per person/day for a double room with single occupancy (only available in a double room classic).
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: free
6 weeks to 4 weeks before arrival: 40 % of the booking price
4 weeks to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the booking price
Less than 1 week before arrival: 90 % of the booking price
A processing fee of € 10 will be charged for a refund of the deposit.

The reductions are valid when staying in a room with extra beds and two full- paying people.
